Items you receive that are free from defects and made as ordered and as described on our website are not returnable.
Of course, if an error is ours, we'll replace the item at no charge to you.
You MUST call 1-630-427-8930 to arrange for a return or replacement as unauthorized returns will not be accepted and we do not pay for you to ship an item or items back to us.
All returns and replacements must be made within 30 days of receipt.
