  • How do I find Items?

Category navigation – that means using the menu bar at the top to find the category of product, occasion or recipient that best meets your need
Search – this means using the search bar at the top to query a search string. This works best for specific terms or item #s. Note that our search tool uses ‘OR’ logic. That means that if you type ‘wedding gift’ it will find any product with the word ‘wedding’ in it PLUS any product with the word ‘gift’ in it. Clearly not that helpful. Instead use a single word and then use the options on the left side to narrow that down. Once you see a search result, you can sort it by price or relevance.

  • Do I have to be logged in to browse?

You must be logged and have an account to see our wholesale prices, but you can browse the site without being logged in. 

  • How can I see what’s been added to the assortment?

See the ‘what’s new’ link in the menu bar to see the most recent additions and date added.

  • What if I see an error on the site?

We hope there are none, but if you see an error on the site, please do us the favor of letting us know so we can correct it.

Item Information

  • How do I personalize my item?

Each product has personalization fields in which you enter your personalization information. Some items are not personalizable and are labeled that way. Also note that all fields have character limits. That helps ensure that the name or other information you enter will be large enough to be legible. That is why people buy personalized gifts.

  • What is preview, and how does it work?

On many items, you may now get a preview of how the item will look with your personalization information on it (for text and images). It is a close approximation of the final product, but it is not meant to be an exact representation.

  • Can I have the names on apparel presented in a certain order or with certain colors?

In most cases preview will represent the orientation of the names you will get, but since personalization patterns change with each design, we do not offer name placement guarantees.

  • What product information is offered?

We offer product information, such as material, country of origin, dimensions and such. We offer limited item descriptions. If we offered great descriptions, a) Google would penalize all who used it as duplicate material, and b) a number of PGS customers might have the same write-ups. We will continue to develop solid ‘default’ descriptions, but we encourage you to write your own that fits the tone of your business. 

  • How do I request a new product be added?

We are constantly evaluating new product additions to see if they fit with PGS clients’ needs. If you have a suggestion for a new product or a new design concept, please don’t hesitate to contact us (link to contact us).

  • Are you always in stock?

We buy inventory to meet expected demand, but at times (especially during the 4th quarter) demand is higher than we expected. Out of stock status, along with expected ‘back in stock’ dates are noted on the individual item pages.  We have never been below 98% ‘in stock’ and we aim for higher.  We work hard to notify in advance of items that we expect might go out of stock or are hard to replenish. Stockings, for example, can’t be replenished as they’re custom ordered.

  • How will I be notified of any stock shortages so I can stay ahead of them?

To make the partnership effective, you must monitor your email to see what items are potentially out of stock. If you see we’re out of stock on the site and you already sold the item, please contact customer service to see if we have a substitute. 


Ordering Information

  • How long will it take to get my order?

With standard shipping, most orders are delivered in 6 to 8 business days.
Rush orders are delivered in 3 to 4 business days.
Express orders are delivered in 2 to 3 business days.

  • What are shipping charges?

We offer a variety of shipping options based on your need. Standard delivery gets you product within 6-8 business days of placing your order. We also offer Rush (3-4 day delivery) and Express (2-3 day delivery) as well as IPR (in-plant rush), which generally puts you to the front of the line to have your product made and results in faster shipping.   • Can I ship my order internationally?

We ship to the United States and Canada only. Shipments to Canada may be subject to Taxes, Tariffs and Duties and the recipient is responsible for all of these charges.

  • I just placed my order and I have to change something. What do I do?

For standard delivery, orders are batched every morning. So if you need to edit an order, you may do so on the day you have placed the order until our service desk closes. For rush and express orders, or orders with IPR, these go into production immediately and can’t be edited. In any event, it is best practice to verify orders before submitting so that we all get them right the first time.

  • What is your return policy?

Basically, if we made it according to your request, we don’t offer returns. But if we have made a mistake, we’ll give you full credit for the item or a free replacement. We don’t need you to send the items back to us in most cases. Usually a cell phone picture will suffice and also help convey the problem you may have experienced.

My PGS Information

  • How long does it take to set up an account?

From the time we receive your initial request, we can have you up and running within a day or two, assuming you have furnished the required documentation (mostly for tax purposes). We take account requests all year except the 6 weeks prior to Christmas.

  • What will my packing slip look like?  

We have a standard format for packing slips, but we swap in YOUR logo and YOUR return address, so this looks in every way like it came from your shop, not ours. (show a picture here ideally)

  • Do packages come with any marketing inserts?

We produce personalized gifts for our retail division in the same warehouse as our wholesale division. That said, there are times – infrequently – when inserts get cross-routed and put in the wrong package. We strive to keep these below 0.5% of the time, and we are instituting new procedures to try to eliminate this altogether. Please know that this is viewed as a strict rule violation, but it does at times occur. We appreciate your understanding

  • Can I qualify for a discount?

As you grow, you may qualify for further discounts on selected products. Please talk to sales about what you need to do to ramp up the discount below our already competitive pricing.

  • How do I know when to contact service and when to contact sales?

For order-related inquiries, please always contact customer service. If it is urgent, you should call. If it is not urgent, please email (which we’ll get to daily or better). Please don’t do both as it just creates congestion and confusion.  For ongoing relationship issues, product suggestions, and general inquiries, please contact sales.

  • Can I get a report on what my top products are and how much I have purchased?

  • Do you have product feeds, and how do they work?

We do offer ‘feeds’ of products. Basically these are Excel spreadsheets listing the items we offer for sale, pricing, categorization, etc. If you can import them into your system, that may be a convenient way to add product quickly.

  • Am I allowed to sell on Amazon? What other permissions or restrictions are there?

Amazon is very restrictive about what can be sold there. In particular, they don’t tend to want multiple vendors selling the same thing.   • Do you use my customers’ names for anything?

We keep your customer data confidential and do not use it for any purpose whatsoever.

  • Do you store credit card #s?

We do store your encrypted credit card so that you don’t have to reenter the data every time you check out. We hope this is a convenience and we take many steps to protect your information.
